From September 14 to 30, PetSmart is hosting an entirely virtual adoption event across Canada, making it easier than ever to find the right furbaby for you from over 180 shelters across the country.
It's not always easy to find the right dog for your lifestyle, which is why PetSmart is making the adoption process as straight forward as possible to help Canadians find their new bff.
For the rest of September, perspective adopters can use the PetSmart website to customize their search by postal code and view hundreds of adoptable animals from almost 200 local shelters. The easy-to-use site also allows users to specify their desired animal, age, breed, colour, size, etc., in order to find their perfect match.
As soon as users find a pet they are interested in, they will be able to learn more about them online and begin scheduling virtual meet-and-greets with adoption partners - all from their own homes. If all goes to plan, they can then visit their local PetSmart to finalize the adoption process.

During the National Adoption Days event, PetSmart will help make the adoption journey even easier by ensuring pets who find their forever homes are ready for life with their new pet parents. They will be providing a free adoption kit worth over $300 in savings for all the supplies the adopted pets may need, including a coupon for a free bag of dog or cat food.
